Concierge Therapy

558907405Life feels like something you manage rather than something you enjoy.

You would like to talk to someone about how you feel, but getting in the car or public transit to see a therapist sounds like extra stress you don’t need. Zoom or teletherapy is convenient, but you feel burnt out and unsatisfied with connecting over a screen.

You’ve thought about going to therapy for a while, but kids, work, family, and friends always take priority.

There’s never enough time for everything you need to do for others, let alone for yourself.

Find a place and time convenient to you.

As your therapist, I can meet you where you are comfortable, in your home or office.

Concierge Therapy allows you to share more of yourself in our sessions. Some of my clients have found relief, catharsis, and healing from discussions around personal items, family, pets, lifestyle, and daily habits that we could better explore in the home environment.

This option allows those who prefer in-person therapy to see me face-to-face with the convenience of not having to leave home or the office. Concierge Therapy has been an excellent choice for working parents and folks struggling with trauma or phobias relating to being in public.

All that is required is a safe and private place to have our session.

Concierge Img 2Why do I offer this service?

My first experience offering in-home therapy started when I was working in Las Vegas from 2013 to 2016.

After the shooting on the 4th of July in Highland Park, IL, I volunteered as an EMDR therapist and helped provide follow-up sessions for some people with whom I worked. This experience reinvigorated my interest in working with folks in their homes when appropriate.

Working in homes also presented some unique opportunities to work with families who have experienced trauma, giving them skills and guidance to support their own and each other’s healing.
