Fresh air helps you gain a new perspective!
Do you ever feel better after getting out for a walk?
There’s something invigorating about moving your body and seeing the world outside your home. Outside allows you to escape the technology and housework that always beckons.
Traveling along a path free from the world’s worries provides time to reflect and find a fresh perspective on life.
Walks allow you to be reflective and gain new clarity, but it would be more helpful if the right person were there to guide, draw out, and help you integrate your insights.
Let me accompany you on those walks.
Get the combined benefits of a therapy session and a walk simultaneously! Walk & Talk therapy has been around for a long time, but it has become more popular since the COVID-19 pandemic to have an in-person connection with less risk of illness exposure.
Being outside in nature during therapy offers many delights for the senses that can enhance the practice and experience of mindfulness, gratitude, and joy. Walking with me allows you to open up, express your feelings, and gain new insights.
Our meetings will occur during the daytime.
We can meet at a designated park or nature preserve in the Chicago area.
